Why Participate in itSMF SF Bay LIG

October 2017 Kick Off Event:   The Silicon Valley IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) San Francisco (SF) Bay Area Local Interest Group (LIG) kick off meeting was very well attended and we look forward to you getting more involved.

Why, and how, to participate in the (Silicon Valley) San Francisco Bay Area IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Local Interest Group (LIG).  The kick off of our first meeting was well attended, with about 30 attendees, and over 16 different bay area businesses represented, there was much interest in what is next, and when we will add more networking opportunities.  Some of that was discussed in this Q&A video.
