Maturing Change Management Operations is the topic of our member Driven Discussion that will be led by Dawn Khan, IT Change Manager, at Palo Alto Networks and Ivan Erdos Process Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. itSMF is a tools and vendor agnostic professional that welcomes discussions on people, tools and process best practices.
