San Francisco Local Interest Group (LIG) was selected as a national finalist
for the itSMF USA LIG/COI Excellence Awards, with the winner to be
announced at the FUSION 17 Conference.
On
the milestone of our 1 year post launch anniversary, Silicon Valley celebrates
a fantastic relaunch of the San Francisco Bay Area IT Service Management Forum
(itSMF), Local Interest Group (LIG). What a great year it has
been!! Last December we prioritized 2017
with a 1,2, 3 Innovate Workshop that set the pace and
interest topics.
We hosted webinars, Friday
Chats, White Paper Authoring Events, and our most popular “Panel Forum” into
leading topics on Innovation and Service Management Leadership.
Our premier event was the June 7 Chief Information Security
Officer (CISO) Summit which was a partnership of 2 Silicon Valley IT Best Practices organizations
HDI and itSMF. Featuring California’s best CISOs from Cybersecurity (Palo Alto
Networks and GuruCul), Government (State of California), Staffing (Robert
Half), and Healthcare (Contra Costa Healthcare).

FUSION 17 Conference unites over 1,600 industry
leaders October 31-November 3, 2017 at the Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando,
Florida, this national event, celebrates the 20th Anniversary of itSMF USA service management excellence.

international members in 54 countries), a premier independent professional
